Welcome to Shannon Davies Photography! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide photography services including but not limited to:

Portrait sessions
Wedding photography
Event coverage
Commercial photography
Photo editing and retouching

Specific details, including session duration, location, and deliverables, will be outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.

2. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking.
Remaining balances are due two months before the scheduled session/event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment prior to event will result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 7days notice to reschedule (does not apply to wedding photography booking).
Booking fees are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled within one month of the original date (does not apply to wedding photography booking).
In the event of illness, emergency, or inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Copyright & Image Usage

All images remain the intellectual property of Shannon Davies Photography.
Clients receive a license for personal use of delivered images (e.g., printing, sharing on personal social media).
Commercial or promotional use requires prior written permission and may be subject to additional fees.
We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio, website, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

5. Delivery of Images

Edited images will be delivered within a timely manner of the session via online gallery and download link.
RAW/unedited files are not provided unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session.
We are not responsible for delays, missed shots, or reduced session time caused by client tardiness.

7. Limitation of Liability

In the rare event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies, our liability is limited to rescheduling the session or refunding all payments made.
We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used to provide services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
